Bryce Bearb, Gym Manager
Bryce Bearb, a Âé¶¹AV graduate (2014 & 2024), is the manager of Bustle Up Fitness. He has been a fitness enthusiast for over 18 years, dedicating himself to learning everything he can about weight training and running/trail running through academic study and personal experience. He is certified through ISSA in personal training, strength and conditioning, and sports nutrition, and has a background in teaching high school science, restaurant team leadership, and bar management.
For the past three years, Bryce has been programming and coaching group fitness strength and conditioning classes. At Bustle Up Fitness, he teaches Build & Burn and Foundations of Lifting classes. He believes physical fitness is essential for a long, healthy, and happy life.

| AlineAline has been a water fitness instructor for 25 years and is passionate about the benefits of aquatic exercise. She believes water is the best medium for exercise, providing a refreshing and energizing workout while allowing for modifications to fit all fitness levels. Aline holds an advanced aqua exercise certification and teaches Aqua Toning, Aqua Waves, & Stability Ball Flow classes at Bustle Up Fitness. When she’s not leading a class, you might catch her swimming laps before sessions begin. She previously retired as a business instructor at SLCC and now also works at the beach in Orange Beach, managing an investment condo property. |
| DominiqueDominique Roberts began her fitness and aquatics journey by transforming her own health. Seven years ago, she committed to consistent movement and healthier habits — a decision that changed her physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through that experience, she discovered strength, confidence, and the power of taking control of one’s health one habit at a time. Now an aqua instructor at Bustle Up Fitness, Dominique teaches Aqua Shape, Aqua Yoga, Power in the Pool, Step & Tone, and Weights & Wellness. She is passionate about creating a supportive and empowering environment where members feel encouraged and capable, reminding them that small daily actions can lead to lifelong change. |
| DottieDottie has been in the fitness industry for 35 years and is certified through the Athletic Fitness Association of America in Personal Training and Group Exercise. She also holds certifications in Mat Pilates and C.O.R.E. Training. Her approach to wellness focuses on balancing the body, mind, and spirit, helping others feel their best through movement. At Bustle Up Fitness, she teaches Senior Fit, Golden Hearts, and Pilates Fun fact: Dottie is originally from New Jersey and has a passion for cooking Italian food! |
| NeilNeil has been practicing yoga for 20 years and his passion for the practice led him to become a certified instructor in 2009. That same year, he earned a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from Âé¶¹AV. His teaching focuses on helping others feel more centered, peaceful, and connected through movement and mindfulness. At Bustle Up Fitness, Neil leads Slow Flow, Tai Chi, and Yoga classes. Fun fact: In 2015, he created the Ombulance—a mobile wellness unit repurposed from an ambulance, bringing relaxation and healing on the go! |
| SusanSusan has taught fitness since 1981, starting with Everybody’s Aerobics, a dance exercise company with multiple locations. When the company dissolved, her journey continued, leading classes at various facilities and sharing her passion for movement. She specializes in cardio dance, body sculpting, Pound (certified), and water fitness. At Bustle Up Fitness, she teaches Rhythm & Reps and H2O + Beach Ball Fun. For Susan, fitness is more than just exercise—it’s about celebrating movement and building lasting friendships. She feels grateful for a career that has brought her so much joy and connection. |
